Incense
Gum-resin produced by Boswellia trees of the Burseraceae family, which is obtained by making cuts on the bark of these trees. The amber-yellow liquid pours slowly from the cuts and solidifies quickly. A balsamic smell, spiced, resinous, with conifers nuances. Undertones of citrus, green and of sour apple.
Myrrh
Gum-resin produced by Commiphora trees of the Burseraceae family. From brown to red in colour.The fragrance of myrrh is rich, warm, attractive, aromatic, lightly spiced and sweet with balsamic nuances.
Benzoin
Natural resin, produced by the barks of the Styrax trees. From yellow to dark red in colour.
Benzoin smell is sweet, balsamic, resinous, with chocolate like nuances. |
